IND 200 and IND 300 integrated training reports

IND 200 and IND 300 integrated training reports will be submitted to Rsc. Asst. Betul Soyoz between 25/09-02/10. Important notes are:

-There should be signature and seal for all of the pages of the report (including cover page).
-Main report, logbook and EK-4 must be submitted in a single spiral binding in that order. (Submissions in file protector etc. will NOT be accepted.)
-EK-3 must NOT be in the binding, it must be submitted SEPERATELY, in a CLOSED envelope, SIGNED and STAMPED. Students name, surname and writing of “EK-3” must be written on the envelope.
-Submission of all the aforementioned documents must be done at once. Submission of any of the documents in different times will NOT be accepted for any reason.
-Submissions will be made for signatures. Submissions of students whose signature is not in submission list will NOT be evaluated.
-Submission before/after aforementioned dates will NOT be accepted except for valid reasons.
